We Rent 3 types of Teleprompters

  The Presidential Teleprompter (PT) is a lectern or podium system where the speaker can view his script on one or two glass panel stands that are closely located on each side of the lectern. 

The Down Stage Monitor Teleprompter System comes with large flat panel (up to 60 inch) video screens that are positioned in the presenter's line of sight as he walks the stage and looks out into the audience while he reads the script on the screen.

The Camera or Studio Teleprompter is either mounted or free-standing and the speaker reads the script directly in front line-of-sight as the camera shoots "through the glass".

Full Day for 10 Hours  $800.00

Double Podium/Lectern
Half Day for 5 Hours $1000.00

Full Day for 10 Hours  $1200.00

Includes Operator, primary and backup computers, 4 glass screens with stands , cables and accessories.

Combo- Presidential & Down Stage Teleprompter system special pricing is also available. 

Equipment set- up, entry and clean up of Word Document files of scripts on-site is part of the day rate. However, there are no charges for entry and clean up of scripts if done so prior to arrival on the job.
Please note that our operators are available without equipment for a day rate. Overtime charges are adjusted accordingly.
