We provide two types of Teleprompter systems. The Presidential Teleprompter (PT) is a lectern or podium system where the speaker can view his script on one or two glass panel stands that are closely located on each side of the podium. The Confidence Monitor System comes with a large flat panel (37 or 42 inch) video screen that is positioned in the presenter's line of sight as he walks the stage and looks out into the audience while he reads the screens.

Teleprompter Presidential Images

Computers, software and devices.

Our systems are fed information from two computers that operate seemlessly during your presentation. Our 2nd computer acts as a backup and editor, also, in case there are last minute changes that need to be made during a presentation while in "show mode". Our software is user friendly and accepts all types of files including text, doc and Word. Additionally we can highlight pointers on the script with different Font Colors

Camera mounted Prompter.

Ask us about our extra equipment or accessories such as our camera mounted prompter. We can integrate these and other accessories with our teleprompter systems.

Combo Presidential/Confidence system special pricing is available.

Equipment set- up, entry and clean up of Word Document files of scripts on-site is part of the day rate. However, there are charges for entry and clean up of scripts if done so prior to arrival on the job.

Please note that our operators are available without equipment for a day rate. Overtime charges are adjusted accordingly.
